Each item is made to order with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.
We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions, sizing charts, measurements, and care instructions before completing your purchase. Items that do not fit or were ordered incorrectly are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Policy
At Chosen, every piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Due to this made-to-order process:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

We are not responsible for items after they pass quality control and leave our possession.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper or faulty care.

Items that do not fit are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review all item details, size guides, and washing instructions prior to purchase.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, it must be reported within three (3) days of the delivery date.
To report a damaged item:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item and the perceived damage.
Please note:

Color variations due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography do not qualify as damage.

Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
If a return is approved due to damage or another agreed-upon circumstance:

The item must be returned first.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A restocking fee may apply.

A refund or replacement will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked in possession of the postal carrier, Chosen is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or misspeled addresses.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
